Who is allowed to do what?
Team members can have different roles in your project.
- Read Only
- Documents can be opened and listened to in the editor. However, text changes are not allowed.
- Read/Write
- Documents can be created and edited, but cannot be deleted.
- Admin
- Admins are allowed to do almost anything in your project - upload videos, edit documents, put together the team, etc. However, deleting, archiving or handing over the project is not possible.
- Owner
- This is your role. You automatically have admin rights and can also transfer, archive or delete the project.
