Welcome to Frazier!

Here you can find out everything about our powerful software for creating audio descriptions. You can also get started right away if you want to try Frazier out for yourself. So - stretch again briefly - and let’s go!

Requirements

To use Frazier, you need a stable internet connection and a PC or Mac with Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as a browser. Newer versions of Microsoft Edge and Opera are also suitable.

Attention! Frazier does not currently run reliably on iPads or other tablets. There are also some serious problems in the editor in Safari under macOS. Please follow our recommendation to be able to work smoothly with Frazier. As soon as we have solutions here, we will update our recommendation.

Registration

It starts with a 5-tägigen Test. This allows you to try out all the functions for writing an audio description without time pressure or other obligations. Name, email address and a password - and off you go.

Activation

After you have created your user account, you will receive an email to confirm your email address and activate your account. To do this, click on the activation link in the email.

Didn’t receive an email?

The email with the activation link didn’t arrive? This can have different reasons:

  1. Sometimes it takes a few minutes for the email to be delivered. So please be patient for a few minutes.

  2. It can happen that our emails end up in your SPAM folder. Please check your email inbox to see if the email may have ended up there.

  3. Some institutions or companies do not allow unknown senders to send emails. This is typical, for example, at universities that do not allow emails to be sent to students. If you have registered with such an email address and have not received an email from us, please register again with an alternative email address.

As soon as you have completed the registration, you can log in. It’s best to first take a look at the demo project. More on this in the next chapter.
